About Carlos

Professional Life
Originally from Woodbourne, NY, I started my game design journey with Champlain College in 2011. After graduating from Champlain College I began working for Vicarious Visions on Skylanders: Superchargers and Guitar Hero: Live. Both projects shipped successfully and soon after I earned the role of Associate Technical Designer on the Missions team for Days Gone at SIE Bend Studio. During development of Days Gone I was introduced to virtual reality. The possibilities yearning to be explored in this new immersive medium captured me so, after shipping Days Gone, I went to work for Survios where I would ship AMC's The Walking Dead Onslaught and Puzzle Bobble Vacation Odyssey. After familiarizing myself with VR and feeling ready for the next step, I joined the team at Sanzaru who were making history with Asgard's Wrath 2. We shipped the biggest 'made for VR' RPG and even earned a 10/10 rating from IGN!
About Me
I like to immerse myself in pop culture as much as I can through movies, games, TV, and the internet. Some of my favorite movies include the Back to the Future trilogy, American History X, Casino, and Avengers: Infinity War. I also love travelling to see friends, go to music festivals, and/or explore new places. I hope to one day have two furry companions (a very kind Russian Blue cat and Pug) who will join me on my adventures!
